Direction issued by the Commission The Commission has received above complaints regarding alleged killing of four persons including a pregnant woman and a 10 months child in unprovoked firing by the Bihar Police in Village Bhajanpur, Farbisganj, District Araria, Bihar. Upon perusal of the record, it is seen that the Commission has already taken cognizance of the incident in case No. 1149/4/1/2011 & vide its proceedings dated 20.06.11 has requested the DG(I) to depute a team for an on the spot inquiry and submit report within two weeks. Since the Commission is already seized of the matter, these four files be linked with case No.1149/4/1/2011 and files be sent to the DG(I). case No. 1123/4/1/2011 which also relates to the same incident be also linked with case No.1149/4/1/2011.
