These proceedings shall be read in continuation of
the earlier proceedings of the Commission dated 02.09.2013, vide which the
Commission had recommended to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, through its
Chief Secretary, to pay compensation of Rs.3 lakhs to the next of kin of the
deceased. The Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, was directed to
submit compliance report alongwith proof of payment within six weeks. The
Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, has not submitted the
compliance report. Issue reminder to him to submit the compliance report
alongwith proof of payment within six weeks positively.
