Please find attatched a report on the plight of Muslim minority in Sahaspur (Bilari), Moradabad District, Uttar Pradesh following communal riot in February, 2011. Our organisation People's Vigilance Committee on Human Rights (PVCHR) while conducting the investigation confronted various challenges in breaking the silence of the victims. 

 

We request you to look into the matter and initiate necessary action against the perpetrators of the henious crime.
