Subject : Slain terror accused Qateel Ahmed Siddiqui’s father Mohd. Zafeeruddin has accused

     police and probe agencies for the murder of his eldest son in his high security cell at           

     Pune central jail. Shocked father has demanded the central government to order a high  

     leval inquiry  in this case CBI enquiry into the killing.

I want to drag your attention on this news slain terror accused Qateel Ahmed Siddiqui’s father Mohd. Zafeeruddin has accused police and probe agencies for the murder of his eldest son in his high security cell at Pune central jail. Shocked father has demanded the central government to order a CBI enquiry into the killing.

Talking to TCN over phone from the office of Darbhanga DM half an hour ago, Zafeeruddin, a poor farmer from Barh Samaila village in Darbhanga, said: “My son was innocent. He had nothing to do with terrorism. First they arrested him and now they have killed him in jail.” “Why they arrested my son and now why they killed him in jail,” asked the father sobbing.

“ATS and IB has killed my son. They are telling lie that he was killed by inmates after fighting over something. I demand the government to order CBI inquiry,” said Zafeeruddin plainly.

“We are poor and helpless. I am a poor farmer. They have now killed my eldest son,” he said.

Zafeeruddin had gone to meet DM to get official confirmation of the death of his son as he just got the news on TV and no official information from the Pune Jail or Pune DM has reached him.

He informed that on this past 5th June court hearing was scheduled in Delhi. The Delhi ATS did not produce him in court, and now he has been killed because, he said, there was no proof against him and he would have got released.

Qateel was picked by Special Cell of Delhi Police in November 2011 for his alleged involvement in Delhi high court blast. Later he was also made accused in Chinnaswamy stadium blast. And last month Maharashtra ATS had taken him to interrogate his role in German Bakery blast. He was the first Bihar youth to be arrested in terror cases in last six months.

So I kindly request to please give compensation to that family and setup a high level inquiry. Looking for your justice with security for survivor family.
